Royal Wedding Extravaganza: Wedding Guest Outfit #5–The Finale
We are now down to less than a week to the Royal Wedding and my invitation is nowhere to be found like order and decency in the current White House 😒😒.
I’m still set though-–I have prepped 5 outfits that will (for sure, 100% money back guaranteed) land me (and you) on the Best Dressed Royal Wedding Guest list because 1) I’m still hoping (#whynot) and 2) the looks can work for any wedding(s) or formal event(s) you have coming up this season.

SO LET’S GET INTO IT WITH LOOK #5: THE FINALE
It was actually this dress that sparked the idea of a royal wedding guest looks blog post in my mind in the first place. This breathtakingly beautiful smock dress is made of grey-coloured tulle fabric that is embellished with applique flowers. It is from ASOS–a British online retailer. ASOS stands for As Seen On Screen. They have a line called ASOS Edition which consists of more formal/dressy looks. My dress is sadly sold out. Though this dress is one of ASOS’s more pricey offerings (at $237), it looks like a piece from one of the luxury brands like Dior or Zuhair Murad which would be even more expensive in the thousands/tens of thousands.

I chose this fascinator because it goes so well with the dress. It is made of dusty pink Sinamay embellished with feathers and vintage velvet leaves. It is made by a German millinery called Seegang Berlin. Click HERE to purchase the same fascinator ($27) on Etsy.
My clutch is a silk thread embroidery beadwork hard shell body box clutch that comes with a removable wrist chain and shoulder strap that can be tucked inside and a trapezoid clasp. It is made by a clutch designer in Toronto, Canada and I chose this clutch as a shout out to the bride, Meghan Markle, who lived in Toronto for several years prior to her engagement to Prince Harry. It also goes beautifully with many formal looks in my closet, including this one. Click HERE to check out/purchase clutches from Maz Collection on Etsy.
For my shoes, I chose Hangisi-inspired crystal embellished pumps bought on Amazon. I love the Manolo Blahnik Hangisi style–I am literally obsessed with them! Alas, their largest size is Euro 42 (US 12) which is way too tight on me. I found a merchant on Amazon (Comfity) that can make custom-made quality dupes of the Hangisi pump (these are not replicas or fake Manolos, they do not bear the Manolo Blahnik Logo nor do they claim to be the real deal). Click HERE to order the Comfity Satin jewel embellished pump on Amazon ($55.99). Click HERE to purchase the Mahnolo Blahnik Hangisi 115mm Pink Satin Crystal Toe Pump from Neiman Marcus ($995).
Please share your thoughts about this look (as well as any of the other four looks) and the Royal Wedding Extravaganza in general in the comment section down below!
Love,
Chichi
